regarding the credit card thing ... Don't panic at the pre-authorization. OK ... so the same $15 charge came across my credit card today (I washed my car yesterday) ... I was also shocked. I left a voice mail at (512) 260-8221 and got a call back from the owner with in 5 minutes. He was VERY professional and explained that the $15 were just pre-autorizations (my bank website does still say pending). Stay away from carwash country!!! Stay away from this place, or at least don't use your credit or debit card. I had a bunch of fresh bird mayo on my car, so I decided to stop by my local car wash before heading home. I didn't have any change, so I used my credit card instead. Per the instructions, "Credit Card Users, Press Stop button when finished". Now the place had a great sprayer, so I was able to get rid of the bird stuff quickly.
