I loved my Carver Tub for as long as it lasted - about 5 years. Then there was no help at all for any way to get it fixed or working again. It was great while it lasted, just wish it would have lasted longer.
Very nice tubs with features you can afford. Staff very knowledgeable & informative. Excellent delivery, supper easy to deal with.

This is a tough rating. It’s more like a 4.5. I’ll try to make this brief. My wife and I were remodeling our house. We were ordering things and storing them as we got them to install later. This tub was one of them. When the tub got installed, it was exactly what I wanted. I loved it. After we moved back in after the remodel, I noticed a gray “discoloration” at the bottom edge and corners of the tub. Not certain what it was, I took pictures and sent an email to Carver.
