If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a $54,000 dollar vehicle which within 3 months started leaking coolant. I took the vehicle to my local land rover dealer and they said I had an accessory radiator leak and needed a 4 wheel brake job as the rear brake pads were at 4mm and the front at 3mm. Leased a vehicle from them. Bot the vehicle after lease was done. Instead of giving credit for money I've already put towards lease which is what is in my contract they charged me full price as if I was buying my car all over again
I picked up a new Tacoma TRD on 5 AUG. On 24 AUG I drove the vehicle through a car wash. It threw multiple codes. It was toed to Carver and after 3 weeks they told me it was bad fuel. They emptied a full tank of gas and gave it back to me under 1/4 tank. Two weeks later the truck threw the same codes while driving in a rain storm. Four weeks later they identified bad connectors and replaced them. They did a poor job of keeping me informed of progress. I wanted a highly sought-after Toyota and Carver delivered when no other dealers could, just the Toyota I wanted ??. Wow! What a difference a short drive makes. Carver Toyota is the best dealership I have ever worked with of the 14 Toyotas I have owned. Sales, Finance and Service, they each made it so easy. A couple of lattes over some great conversations and we were driving off. What a great group of pros.. All Toyotas must be bought at Carver. Thanks!!! ************ ************
They traded trucks with me and took me . Their advertising said it had a back up camera and it it doesnt. Sales manger said hed get me one. It didnt have a spare tire , sales manger said he get one. They told me it had scratches on the left side and was repaired. When I got my paper work the truck had been damaged on the left side and rear. They told me it was a local trade, and it wasnt! I purchased a vehicle, and have not taken possession of the vehicle at this time because i have questions about the agreement and I am unable to get any return calls from the finance department or the manger on my issues or concerns. I hope that others do not come across the same issues I am having as you can see from others as well pressure sales or adding additional warranties etc. that i would like to have removed. The Dealership is Crooked and took advantage of me lied and lied wrongfully repossessed a vehicle that was being paid for and my payments was never late My financial leader has my side also I have paperwork stating my payments are excellent my credit is great they never gave me my title work to plate the truck there horrible for this and they are not giving me money back that I have spent $30000 since July do not recommend them at all
Went to Carver for service. Everyone was pleasant and took care of me in a efficient manner. I highly recommend Carver Toyota service department.
They sold me a car and it needed a head gasket. I have been waiting on it to be fixed since February the 20th. It has a warranty I purchased from them.
