I returned a damaged tire to this company because it fell under their 2 year road hazard guarantee. They were to replace my temporary tire with the identical replacement tire as well as take position of the damaged tire. It took them three and a half hours to do this. The car was in their shop and with the mechanic within an hour after I arrived. A simple process. i believe this extended time was intentional. Toyota of Tampa Bay added charges for maintenance services to my vehicle contract on August 28 2025, that were offered free for 2 years, without my knowledge and consent. And also added an expensive guarantee without my approval or consent. They didn’t let me read, only sign and initial. I went back and signed a cancellation request on 09-03-25 for the dealer to return the money to the loan that was supposed to be back in the bank from 6-8 weeks. I had came in for safety and emissions. I needed some work done to pass. I brought it in got a loaner car for four days. They call me car is ready, I get there no safety or emissions done. My headlight wasn't done. I had to come up there two more days to get it all done, cost me Time and money. Do to unprofessional work and customer service. I recently leased a 2025 Toyota Camry. I could not have been happier with my experience at Westbury Toyota. I was in and out in an hour, the salesman was very easy to talk to, low pressure and gave me different options on trims and prices and was very patiently explaining the differences. I can honestly say for the first time ever, I felt really comfortable signing and leaving the dealership.
