The service manager Dylan lied through his teeth about making me whole again after one of his techs left 9 my lugnuts dangerously loose after mounting new wheels and tires. They also attempted to side load the takeoffs and struck the bed. While they did replace the damaged wheel(tried to keep it against my wishes), the damaged caliper, they did not perform the agreed detail or alignment.
