Great job! We were in and out quickly with routine maintenance completed.
Tire, that I bought there 4 yrs ago, was going flat. They put on a new stem and sent me on my way.
2nd visit to Carver and was there to pick up car but charges weren’t fully explained. Battery was replaced and I’d asked for everything to be checked out to ensure nothing else was malfunctioning. Battery was $257 and total bill was $395 (included $85 labor, outside of taxes, not sure what the other $53 was for). All of that said, Carver will be my destination to service my Highlander. And in fairness, it was close to closing time when picking up vehicle.
Extremely disappointed! Had an appointment for a repair on the door. A total waste of time! They didn’t have the parts and we were told to reschedule. We are still waiting to make that next appointment.
