I ordered a cake for my dad's 90th birthday from this Carvel location. I picked it up a week later. Everything was as ordered and the whole process was smooth and simple.
They sell gift cards. On two separate occasions i tried to simply use a gift card to buy a cake but was told the POS system is new and they dont know how to do it. Mind you these visits were weeks apart. Not sure how you can sell gift cards but be unsure how to use them, it just seemed Off. Will probably try other carvels
They have mint soft serve ice cream and if that doesn't make you want ice cream that I don't know what will cuz that stuff kicks in a really good way.
