They charge for 3oz cups of toppings to put a little spoonful on top of a cone. Other carvel locations allow you to put a couple of flavors in a small size. They refused and made us buy mediums for little kids. The medium sundae I ordered didn't even have soft serve up to the top of the cup, when their picture shows it would be over the top of the cup. Overall very unpleasant experience and we won't be returning. Only reason for 2 star is that the ice cream itself was good.
I ordered a cake for my dad's 90th birthday from this Carvel location. I picked it up a week later. Everything was as ordered and the whole process was smooth and simple.
