Carvel here was a lot cleaner and better than most carvels. Good food good service Yum
Service wasn't the best and prices a bit high but the ice cream was good
Horrible experience. The guy at the front wasn’t able to comprehend anything that I wanted. It took 5 min to get him to understand what ice cream flavor I wanted, he didn’t know what Reese’s peanut butter cups were and kept trying to put regular peanut butter on it. I asked for butterfingers instead, he then DUNKS the entire ice cream in the butterfinger bin, I asked for Nutella on top.
