sorry but my perception of carvel damaged forever.. went this past Saturday with my husband and he had a chocolate shake while I chose a sundae....so imagine my dismay when literally with my first spoonful I found a hair in the whipped cream!!!!! so carvel has seen me for the last time!!!!!!!

The employees were very nice but the spelling was off. I love the ice cream so maybe next time I’ll just write it myself

The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. They’ve handmade several custom cakes for me and every one was equally as beautiful as it was delicious! 10/10 recommend :)
