I was all excited to go to Carvel today and get some ice cream. To my surprise the place is now an Auntie Anne’s pretzel joint. For starters take the sign down as I was informed in broken English that they don’t sell Carvel anymore. Tom Carvel must be Rolling in his grave. What a disgrace. If it’s closed you could let people know. Instead had to find a parking spot at The Greene and walk to the store. This place says they dell carvel but its a lie, they refuse to sell it because cleaning the machine is apparently too difficult. I straight up reported them to corporate.
Great when it’s working
No online ordering. The number is out of service. Im not driving over an hour away to order a cake and then drive up another day to pick the cake up. 2.8 star rating here. Just close your doors. You can't keep anyone happy
I was here awhile back and it was good. I stopped in with a friend today and our orders were completely wrong. I went back in to try to get it fixed. A man (that didn't make the order and wasn't there at the time) insisted it was made right and tried to "fix" it, but the Reese's cup dasher still had no peanut butter or hot fudge. Don't waste your time.
