I am deeply upset, actually angry with Carvel. Your cakes have gone from fantastic to down right pathetic. My family has had Carvel Cakes for birthdays for all their lives. My birthday was last week and my daughter's today. As always we each got a Carvel cake. My daughter's was the most pathetic cake I have ever seen. First of all there was only an 1.5 inch thick cake AND even worse there were no crunchies. NONE How have you gotten this bad? Our tradition aside, you have ruined something we have cherished for over 50 years.
You know, I used to love this store because of their ice cream but now every time I go this place in triangle town mall for ice cream they always have a sign on the machine saying that’s it’s out of order and not working so I just hope that these guys will fix it or otherwise I’m gonna be pissed.
The carvel is not open. They don’t serve ice cream.
They do not have ice cream at this location.
Love it. I'm from NY and have been craving Carvel for 7 years. So excited there is one in Raleigh!
