I have been living at the Carvel apartments for just over a year and this complex is fantastic. Grounds are very well maintained, management and office staff very attentive and helpful. Jeremy the maintenance great and groundskeeper Chase always busy cleaning the property. The office staff organize monthly events for all and today I've experienced the Easter egg hunt. My family has lived at the Carvel for a decade now. It has been a great experience for our whole family. We feel blessed to have raised our children here. The staff and management do a wonderful job at creating a family friendly environment and have nurtured a positive community in the whole complex. We love living here. The management and staff are friendly, helpful and take great care of the property. The rent is competitive for the area and and the complex has nice anemmities. The site itself is in a nice quiet location close to town but far enough away to be near the beach. Truly a great place to live and raise a family!
I've been here for couple years now Great place to live in! Everything is well maintained I got the apartment in perfect condition—it felt brand new. They’re also friendly and organize activities for residents. Highly recommend!
Carvel is a nice place to live in Mukilteo. We are a family and we enjoy the activities they organize for children and for socializing. The staff is also friendly. This is our second time living here, and we haven't had any issues.
