Stay away from this property. After repeated plumbing and water issues, management blamed us and sent a $9,000 collection account that we will dispute. We will be retaining an attorney and intend to pursue legal action. We believe the property’s handling of insurance claims and maintenance practices deserves a full investigation. Rent here at your own risk.
I’ve lived here over 5 years and I am beyond grateful for Ursula for always being very accommodating, kind and on top of everything! She is incredible. I’d also like to give a quick shout out to Tim in Maintenance - he is super helpful and quick to remedy anything that needs to be remediated.
