Very unprofessional! They were not open on time, had to wait almost an hour! Tried calling several times, no one picks up the phone smh. When they finally opened, the man told me to come back at 3:00pm to order my cake because the person who makes them isn't there. I told him that I don't live in this neighborhood and it would be an inconvenience. If your stated closing time is 10 o’clock, and I arrive at 9:57, you can’t refuse to serve me just because you’re already starting to clean up. The expectation is that if you’re open until 10, you should still be prepared to help me until that hour, as long as I arrive before then. I wasted my time rushing to the store only to be told you guys are closed.

UPDATE: I originally gave this Carvel a bad review. But I’m changing this to a 4 because the supervisor contacted me back within a hour and apologized and was able to rectify the mistake. So their customer service turned to be excellent. ——————- Terrible online service. Ordered a soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup & whipped cream. Received a sundae with Strawberry AND chocolate syrup. I hate chocolate syrup. They also messed up the ice cream sandwiches, which were supposed to come with sprinkles.
