If your stated closing time is 10 o’clock, and I arrive at 9:57, you can’t refuse to serve me just because you’re already starting to clean up. The expectation is that if you’re open until 10, you should still be prepared to help me until that hour, as long as I arrive before then. I wasted my time rushing to the store only to be told you guys are closed.
UPDATE: I originally gave this Carvel a bad review. But I’m changing this to a 4 because the supervisor contacted me back within a hour and apologized and was able to rectify the mistake. So their customer service turned to be excellent. ——————- Terrible online service. Ordered a soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup & whipped cream.
