I originally gave this Carvel a bad review because they made mistakes with my online order. But I’m changing this to a 4 because the supervisor contacted me back immediately and apologized and was able to rectify the error. So their customer service turned out to be excellent.👍🏽🙂
Terrible online service. Ordered a soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup & whipped cream. Received a sundae with Strawberry AND chocolate syrup. I hate chocolate syrup. They also messed up the ice cream sandwiches, which were supposed to come with sprinkles. Then when I call to let them know, it’s a GOGGLE phone number! 🤷♀️
great Israeli themed ice cream unlike the Persian themed ones in long island
It is rude to say to customers that hurry up because there is long queue(4 persons). No wonder Coney Island branch is doing good as I had never encountered this behavior!
