Called and they answered the phone like we are homies. Didn’t acknowledge that they are even a business. I called they just said “hello”. So I thought I had the wrong number. I called back and they said “yo”. I said hello?? And they said “yes, tell me” I said is this carvel??? And they said “yes”. I wouldn’t even ask them to make a cake for me after that. Do better!!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. CALLED AHEAD OF TIME ASKING FOR A REGULAR SHEET CAKE, TOLD ME THEY HAD ONE..DROVE FROM THE BRONX TO UPPER MANHATTAN TO FIND NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED. MANAGER ANSWER PHONE AND NOT ON SITE. 2 THUMBS DOWN!!!
No where to sit or even stand to eat, but great ice cream.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. We called in advanced to see if they actually had hot fudge and NOT Hershey syrups. They confirmed they did have it. I asked again that it was NOT Hershey syrup and they said yes. We drove there and walked in. My mom asked for a hot fudge sundae and they said “we don’t have it. “ my mom explained that we called in advanced and asked, despite my sister going three times and them not having it.
