Sometimes you just pay and walk away. Do not water your money, the picture int the menu showed a tall beautiful large cone. This is what he gave me. I asked - "how big is a small" - he kept repeating "this is the large" I smiled and walked away.
I'm a big ice cream aficionado and I love Carvel Ice Cream, even if it's just soft serve. This Carvel stopped serving actual Carvel soft serve and now serves the crappy ice-milk you get in a cruise ships or a casinos.
The softserve vanilla was good but the wafer cone was stale

A shameful representation of the Carvel franchise. Employees there are not knowledgeable about their products and the promotions the corporate brand is offering. Went their for an advertised deal for the flying saucer 6-packs, showed them the email with the promo pricing, and they said they could not offer that and it wasn't available despite what the official email said.
