Avoid this Carvel at all cost! The ice cream we received was spoiled (a first for me), the service was horrendous and extremely unfriendly and when we asked for our money back they refused and acted like it was my fault. Do not risk it and just avoid.
Didn’t have sugar cookie ice cream. Employees are not very friendly. I’ve never had a positive experience here. Had to just go to Baskin Robins instead.
overpriced, employees rude and impatient
