I’ve honestly never been treated so rudely by staff. I ordered a Reeses dasher and asked that they put mint ice cream in it. They gave me a mint dasher instead. I said “excuse me this isn’t what I ordered.” And was told I need to relax and mocked by the manager who said “this isn’t what I ordered” in a sarcastic tone. Then the manager (who made my ice cream incorrectly already) told someone else to make it and they made it with vanilla. I went to this Carvel for a thick shake when I tell you, the young lady behind the counter did not know what she was doing. It was per milk. It was sweet no ice cream no thickness of ice cream at all. I don’t know what it was. I would recommend nobody go there for thick shake, shake shack thick shake so better than these They should be shame of their self calling their self Carvrl please

I pre ordered a birthday cake for my son, when his dad arrived to pick it up they told him they never received the order for which he showed them the confirmation. They offered him a premade cake that they admitted had been in the freezer for "a week or so". I could have gotten a Carvel cake from BJ's or the supermarket if I wanted a stale cake smh. Never again with this location!
