I pre ordered a birthday cake for my son, when his dad arrived to pick it up they told him they never received the order for which he showed them the confirmation. They offered him a premade cake that they admitted had been in the freezer for "a week or so". I could have gotten a Carvel cake from BJ's or the supermarket if I wanted a stale cake smh. Never again with this location!

Waoooo the people the place everything is perfect I love it
The workers are horrible. They messed up an order and when corrected he threw the ice cream aggressively in the garbage and proceeded to give horrible attitude
