Did an online order of Fudgie the Whale. It came exactly on time and looked/tasted great!
Do not otder from this Carvel Location. We just ordered two large cups of vanilla soft serve ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. When the delivery order arrived on time, the serving size was actually a small serving size placed into a large cup. We tried calling the Fulton Carvel Location three times and no one picked up. Grubhub was nice enough to offer us a full refund. They sell cake but don’t teach the staff to write on them. This happened the last three times a purchased. Over it.
Today, I bought an ice cream, and as I was eating my cherry vanilla, I discovered a piece of chocolate, which I'm severely allergic to. This caused an immediate reaction, resulting in swelling, redness, and hives on my skin. I promptly contacted the ice cream shop and spoke with the server, explaining the situation. While I acknowledged that mistakes can happen, I was dismayed by the server's implication that I might have intentionally added the chocolate to my ice cream.
