I should have checked the latest reviews prior to placing my order but I wanted to try something new as I usually opt for Dairy Queen. I am not sure if the worker these reviews are talking about is the same woman who took calls yesterday but a supervisor needs to be contacted. There is zero way I paid nearly $45 on items around 6 PM yesterday just to have it canceled by DoorDash so I could be provided a refund and am being refused one. I’m really disappointed with the condition of this Carvel and even more concerned about the way the employees are being treated here. What I saw during my visit did not feel right at all. The young woman working the counter was doing everything she could to help customers, and she was incredibly polite and patient. But the atmosphere around her was terrible. I don’t normally leave reviews, but what I witnessed at this Carvel location genuinely concerned me — not just as a customer, but for the physical and emotional safety of the employees working here.
