The place is pretty cool, has a game room, a Movie Theater, Laundromat, Subways & a Carvel… We went for Carvel ice cream, there was 1 person ahead of me waiting on his order, It took a while to get someone to attend to us, A man who I think is the Manager came & helped, ice cream was ok but he needs to be a bit more unbothered, when you order it’s like you are bothering him, well that’s what his face looked like 😫, Hey just put a smile on my guy, it won’t hurt I promise… lol
Let me just say Thank you to Allen(Allan,Al..however you spell it). Not only was he running back and forth making subbs and getting ice cream orders but he didn't screw up once and was exceptionally still polite. I would be going out of my mind going back and forth to both places with lines for both. We were definitely waited on with efficient time. The shake and ice cream were both delicious!! He even offered to remake after he thought someone was dissatisfied. Excellent customer service... excellent ice cream and excellent... read more
