I had an amazing experience with this Carvel! They made two custom cakes for me and both turned out perfect. For the first cake, I sent a picture and they recreated it exactly how I wanted. The second cake was even more impressive—I gave very short notice and they still had it ready by the next day. Such a talented cake artist and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Carvel for custom cakes!

Amazing staff! I ordered a custom pokemon cake for my grandson's birthday. He got sick and the party got postponed. Carvel called me to tell me they were making a fresh one at no additional fee. They wanted it to be fresh and delicious and it was! Thank you, East Meadow Carvel!
This is another one of those reviews I have to make because of the Customer Service. Once again you’ll see that I don’t have a lot of reviews so when I make a review, it means something special. I’m going to Carvel retail stores my entire life. This Store is by far and away the best. They always have an amazing variety of cakes and frozen desserts. The customized cakes are beautifully made and the staff are so sweet. They have a wide variety of flavors that are made everyday fresh and vibrant. Delicious!
