Nice lady good fresh ice cream
This franchise is the worst run Carvel I’ve ever been to in my life. I had a digital coupon for a one scoop birthday coupon and they would not honor it. I’m fighting with the staff there about it, and they were cursing back-and-forth in front of everybody. I had a pre-pay for my ice cream before I ordered it because they said I was going to run away with my 3 year old in my arms. This is unacceptable.
