We requested a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday. They were super helpful taking their time to make sure they understood exactly what she wanted for her pink theme. The cake turned out prefect!
They’re only getting three stars because at the end of the day ice cream whether it be the wrong order or not it’s still good Twice now in a weeks time I’ve gotten the wrong order. I specifically say what we want and we get something almost right or completely different. Imagine ordering a pepperoni pizza and you get sausage same scenario. But again it’s ice cream how much can you complain?
I swear everytime I go here my order is wrong and it's never complicated. Hot fudge sundae with peanuts should come with hot fudge. Not just ice cream and peanuts. .......
This is the 4th time in 2025 that I have tried coming here and the doors are locked and the worker comes to the drive thru to say they are closed well before the closing time listed on the website. Carvel of old bridge Do better.
