Unprofessional + upsetting experience I was at this Carvel recently and witnessed something very disturbing. The owner (or manager) called one of the young employees and was yelling at her over the phone— loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. It was completely unnecessary and extremely disrespectful, especially considering she is a minor.
