Believe every negative review you read on this location. The customer service is despicable. DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION! They first messed up my sons in January 2025. So bad that I had to return hours later and allow them time to fix it. Same thing occurred May 2026 only this time the cake instructions were as clear as day and yet still the cake was messed up. They never have any of the new items, their service is good but they’re inventory is trash
