I was really disappointed with my visit. I came intending to use a gift card, only to find out they don’t have a gift card reader, something that should definitely be mentioned ahead of time. The space was also uncomfortably warm, which made the experience unpleasant. To top it off, they didn’t offer any sorbet options, which is letdown if you're looking for a dairy-free treat.
2 small sundae for $9 here and other carvel its $5.50 not sure why the price difference but my kids really enjoy their ice-cream.
This ice-cream shop is a delightful discovery for a late night treat. Me and my boyfriend were craving something sweet and we went to get a little treat. The customer service was really great and very patient because I couldn’t decide on which flavor to get, they had so many flavors i eventually decided to get the cookies and cream my boyfriend got bananas foster sundae dasher. Great cakes. However I stopped in for a shake and was not pleased at all. Person behind the counter made my shake in the cup that I was taking away instead of the usual metal cups and then poured in. When I walked away I came to this realization and looked at the cup. Sure enough a bunch of plastic was cut off from the machine ending up in my shake. Wanted to turn back but had to move forward unfortunately. Still aching for a shake now..
