I had a disappointing experience at this Carvel location. When I arrived for my scheduled pickup, the order wasn’t ready even five minutes after the expected time. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in, and the employee, a young male (appearing Hispanic) wearing a black hoodie and a white earbud in his right ear, was dismissive. Carvel at its best! Fresh, delicious ice cream and a friendly staff that makes every visit a joy. A classic that stands the test of time and this location knocks it out of the park every time. Perfect for the whole family — highly recommend!
Don't go to this shop. There's clutter everywhere, and the hygiene is terrible. I saw an ice cream cone fall on the floor, and the staff member just picked it up, put the ice cream back in it, and then packaged it up.
