This place does not honor the rules of other Carvels, they pick what you can have for buy one get one free sundaes on Wednesdays, they said it’s because of different owners but they are just taking advantage of people. Customer service is rude. Better to go to the one on Amboy. You can see I never write bad reviews, they earned it.
1 star is gift. This restaurant does not welcome children. The haunted house at the Kreischer Mansion is more welcoming..
Unacceptable Customer Service I recently visited Carvel with my family, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. My three-year-old son urgently needed to use the bathroom, and despite the owner witnessing his distress, he refused to allow us to use their restroom. It was an emergency situation, and I can’t understand how someone could be so unkind and inflexible, especially towards a small child.
