service is great, the two ladies are manning both businesses. Ice cream is as good as usual but extremely overpriced at this carvel location, $7 for a kiddie size before tip!
This place sucks, ordered delivery and they closed before my order arrived.

No worker at the counter
Great ice cream, but difficult to find, and had a confusing series of interactions with staff. Might not be worth it if you just want ice cream, but great for if you happen to be wandering through Macy's.
