The owner is exceptionally friendly and as a result the customer service is wonderful. I've ordered both ice cream and cakes for birthdays and everything has been great!

I had a really good experience their. It's a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is prompt, courteous and the store is very clean! It's one thing that I look for when I patronize a restaurant. I also like that EVERYTHING is made FRESH right there on the premises! To the owners: thanks for bringing back Carvel to the area.
They have a wide variety of ice cream cakes,they were friendly and did a great job icing the cake adding the name to the birthday cake I bought for my husband and daughter I will recommend this store difinitely,there Ice creams taste much more delicious than baskin robbins..
