After many uneasy conversations with different Carvel locations about Celiac, nut allergies and cross contamination, I was lucky enough to land on the Harrison location where the owner completely understood the dangers of cross contamination. Our kids have Celiac disease and several guest had nut allergies, but our daughter really wanted Fudgie the Whale. The Harrison store will continue to be our store even though we live in White Plains.
First time there and hopefully I’m right with the name of the very sweet young lady I dealt with… Stephanie was super helpful!
I ordered a birthday present, a cake, a fudgy the whale for a friend of mine. I gave them a personalization through Uber eats. They sent a smaller cake that was almost $20 less and not personalized. They are refusing to Adjust the price look at the difference in the pictures.
Went last night a new staff was clueless to what I was talking about when I said I would like a Small Boho and look at me strange. Yes a Bogo do you not see the sign in the window not only that but she had an attitude. Wait I am suppose to except your behavior and give your company my money. The small and the large size Bogo is the same price $7 something so get a large. A small is $4 something so why was I charge $7 something without toppings.
