While I love carvel this particular one leaves a lot to be desired. I come in for one thing, a vanilla cone with a hard chocolate covering. Everything it needs to be stirred I get it... today I came asked for my order and got told I need to wait a minute or two... and then the guy takes the next customer which is a group of 2. With their rate of icecream set up I would be waiting 5 more minutes for my icecream minimum.. I walked out. Incredibly disappointing service for the price you pay.
