Unfortunately this location has been steadily going downhill and as a result, we won't be going back. When I asked the server why I was given cups that were only 3/4 filled I was told that's all they're allowed to give. It's a shame, this used to be the best Carvel in the area.
I stopped here with my daughter after school .When came in the store the young lady was helping another customer. I stood waiting for her to finish with the customer about 5 mins. Just before she finished with that customer another .man came in the store. I'm standing directly in front of her and she looks over me twice to ask the other customer what was his order .He had tell her I was there first.
