Unfortunately this location has been steadily going downhill and as a result, we won't be going back. When I asked the server why I was given cups that were only 3/4 filled I was told that's all they're allowed to give. It's a shame, this used to be the best Carvel in the area.
I stopped here with my daughter after school .When came in the store the young lady was helping another customer. I stood waiting for her to finish with the customer about 5 mins. Just before she finished with that customer another .man came in the store. I'm standing directly in front of her and she looks over me twice to ask the other customer what was his order .He had tell her I was there first. My mom attempted to use her Carvel gift card today around 12pm but the staff (girl) told my mom that she cannot use the GC to shop today without a reason. This is ridiculous and I’m not recommending dis Carvel (Carman Ave). Thanks for your response, owner. But I have to mention some points here. First, your day shift staff didn’t mention the GC machine was not working to my mom. She only told my mom they do not take gift card today with no reasons. The new owners are so incredibly nice! When in there today and they were so sweet and helpful. They made the ice cream cake look amazing for my mom. Such a better experience here since new management!
