Great service I love the girl named Vivi there. She’s always serving me the best so kind so hard-working. Love that place.
This was me and my mom’s first time visiting the Carvel on Covert Avenue on a Friday night, and the experience was very disappointing. The employee helping us was rude from the start, looked us up and down, acted annoyed while taking our order, and kept complaining to her coworkers about being confused and tired. She was not welcoming at all and kept making unfriendly faces.
