Place was old looking style carvel the workers where great!!
The flavors they added for summer are so good . The customer service was amazing. He was so sweet, laughed with us, made us feel very welcome . Definitely going back
Kids there idiots was there last night 4/17/25 Workers screaming next door. Yelling across street to friends. Never will I go in that store again. Maybe they will higher adults to work next time
My friend’s son and two other boys got ice cream today the bill was 20.01 they only had 20 . Mind you these are middle schoolers . She insisted on the penny . Some may disagree with me but she couldn’t let that slide ? Kids are your target customers. Parents talk. IMO this bad business. It wasn’t 50 cent or a dollar it was 1cent. I’ll be taking my business my Carvel business elsewhere.
Love love love!!! The staff is amazing and great service ! This is my go to spot for ice cream and cakes.
