Yummy. Always bring back memories of being a kid. Staff is friendly.
Negative stars. Forgot about my cake. Couldn’t do a refund for the cake they actually delivered late like any normal restaurant does if they mess up a meal. Didn’t do the writing correct after being told multiple times and when they fixed it it now looks half assed. EDIT: Buy two to four cakes a year and this isn’t even the second time they messed up a cake.
Love the ice cream but the little punk girl that works there needs a attitude adjustment thats all im going to say lucky theres another carvel off of commercial out west where the employees are actually nice ill never come back to this 1
Always delicious. The people that work here are delightful, very friendly! I love coming here for ice cream with my kids.
Today, Friday at 9:48 pm, after purchasing 4 ice creams, I asked the young employee for a cup of water. She gave me only half a cup, which is already extremely small. I kindly asked if she could add a little more water, and she responded by widening her eyes aggressively and yelling that she couldn’t. The experience was very unpleasant.
