Worst sundae dasher ever. I went and ordered a Oreo sundae dasher and the lady barely put any Oreo cookies. All I taste is vanilla and hot fudge and barely any Oreo. The medford location is way better.
I stopped into the Carvel in Selden, today and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop. The place was filthy – counters sticky, floors dirty, and overall looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The employee working was wearing a ripped shirt and openly sneezed all over the area while preparing my order. I've never in my life had a bad carvel experience. Me and my friend went in tonight to get 2 sundaes, the lady behind the counter was just bothered we came in 40 minutes before they close and barely filled the sundae cup up halfway. The carvelanche wasn't even mixed just sitting in the middle. We went back in and they didn't care, just handed us the money back and CONTINUED VACUUMING the carpet because they seemed to be in a rush to get out. Zero care.
