I am extremely upset with my recent order. I specifically ordered a Reese’s Sundae, and instead, Carvel delivered a S’mores Sundae. This is not just an issue of preference—it’s a serious problem because I am allergic to graham crackers. Food allergies are not something to be taken lightly, and a mistake like this could have caused a medical emergency. Got a pistachio ice cream cone and by the time I got to the front door it was dripping all over the place. Could not enjoy it as I had to eat it so fast before it melted away. Very disappointed.
New to the area. First and last experience. Sundae dasher (something I’ve frequently got from multiple different carvel locations across Long Island) came in the wrong cup. When asked why it’s being placed in the wrong (much smaller size) cup the woman said the clear cups were the old ones. She proceeded to make the dasher and made it completely wrong.
