I stopped by this location a few weeks ago. I ordered a large cup of soft vanilla. The girl that waited on me had an attitude and did not fill up the cup. I asked her to please fill up the cup for me. She ignored me. The amount of ice cream looked more like a medium. There was a lot of space left in that large cup I paid for. Simone was amazing and the soft serve was spectacular!
Quick and pleasant service. Large selections of cakes.
Got a birthday cake here on Saturday and it was completely freezer burnt the inside of all sides of the cake was iced out with chunks of ice on the sides of the cake+box . Do better Carvel I usually always get my birthday cake with them and it’s always good but this location definitely has old stock . Smh
