We don’t generally visit Carvel except when we are in the area. I tried to order sundae, asked the cashier to help point to sundaes and when it came to billing they just charge full price and say it’s not sundaes
Yikes! One of us ordered a small, and it appeared less than child sized. The soft serve was barely above the cone...The server asked if that was enough ice cream or if I wanted more? She said the machine came out like that? This was a very strange experience, and we will not be back. The poor server was the only one working while two others were on a computer right there...with a line behind us...
I scream at ice cream because I’m afraid of ice cream
Always delicious. I would highly recommend ordering a freshly made ice cream cake. Totally a different experience than picking up a frozen cake @ supermarket for not that much more. They need minimum 24 hrs notice 4 ice cream to set. Can also customize. I prefer no whip cream & instead get fudge & crunchies. Always fresh & delicious
