Hello, I recently bought a shake from your Carvel location, and I was very disappointed to find that it contained old strawberries with a noticeable bad smell. This not only ruined the taste but also raised concerns about hygiene and product quality. I strongly recommend that you replace the staff responsible for quality control at this branch, as such poor service can negatively affect the reputation of other Carvel locations.
