Very unprofessional staff including the manager Gil but what do you expect. If the owner is rude so will be his employees. Because they have issues using new system and a call was placed to customer service. This call was to get them knowledge and help they needed. I guess customer service called him and he was upset that he didnt know his job and Carvel standards. I was told by an employee he can't serve me.
