So today it's my birthday and my husband treated me for some carvels absolutely delicious he bought me a banana split omg too rich. Definitely recommend it 👌

I will never return to this Carvel location again. As someone visiting from out of town, I was excited to stop by a place I usually love—but this particular experience left a terrible impression. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They openly mocked customers, made inappropriate jokes, and gave me something I didn’t even ask for—then taunted me about it afterward.
