I will never return to this Carvel location again. As someone visiting from out of town, I was excited to stop by a place I usually love—but this particular experience left a terrible impression. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They openly mocked customers, made inappropriate jokes, and gave me something I didn’t even ask for—then taunted me about it afterward. Had a good experience, staff wasn't ridiculously friendly, and that's ok - it really was a miserably hot day. They had lots of large ice cream cakes and supplies in stock as well as all the expected ice cream flavors and soft serve. I got a Oreo milkshake and it was perfection! There was hardly any wait for service and my order was completed quickly. Also, the place was clean.
