I’ve been coming to this carvel for 15+ years since I was a baby as our family has been living here for decades. I’ve never had an issue with the people or the service and quality. Today after coming back from living in a different state for a bit, I am frankly shocked to say this is its quality has been changed to. The employees are also extremely unprofessional as they are on the phone having a conversation and not paying attention when questions are asked. Bro they have so many deals everyday. The best part is that they honor it, along with some bombass ice cream. Staff are nice and fast at service. Definitely recommend. Do not let they're small store fool you, they're definitely better tasting then most ice cream places
