Consistently SUB-PAR. Nasty attitudes, bland low-energy staff. This wouldn't be so bad if the quality of their products were good (I know, how could you mess-up ice cream - THEY FOUND A WAY!) Not only has their ice cream been spoiled but I've received terribly decorated cakes that obviously have been sitting for a long time. I bought a ice cream in the waffle bowl and the waffle bowl tasted old, the manager refused to change it because I attested it before. Terrible costumer service.
