I bought a ice cream in the waffle bowl and the waffle bowl tasted old, the manager refused to change it because I attested it before. Terrible costumer service.

Services was good had want I wanted. But it smelled bad inside the store. Maybe someone 🤮 before I came in and they cleaned it up. But dame it was 💪🏾had me looking around for a minute.
This location is LACKING flavors. They didn't have the cold brew and missing a ton of other hard ice creams. They didn't even have the salted Carmel flavor that they're advertising on a big poster. Ended up getting a standard vanilla soft serve and it was off. Not sure what's off in their recipe but it's too fatty. I think they're using some sort of milk substitute that's used in the stuff you find in the supermarket under frozen desert.
