Ladies and Gentlemen I give you a very disappointing carvel “MEDIUM CUP”. Not only is the size of the cup disappointing but the staff worker that was serving today was extremely rude… I’m not one to complain but $9.00 for this is extremely unacceptable. Carvel just lost a customer 😫

Stepping into this ice cream shop feels like coming home. Each bite takes me back to a simpler time. In terms of quality and delivery, some places truly don’t change and this one is, if you will, frozen in time.
Cashier literally dating on the job and had no interest in serving till his coworker came to serv me. the ice cream itself is okay.
