Always good soft ice cream. Always friendly Service. Their chocolate is especially good. My one wish is that they wouldn’t use those little plastic holders for the cones. They don’t feel right. They supposedly helped for drips, but I wind up taking it and just throwing it out. A piece of wax paper serves the same purpose and feels more natural. Aside from that they get my vote for five stars.

I ordered custom cakes from Carvel in Bay Ridge, and I couldn't be happier! The cakes looked absolutely amazing and tasted even better. They brought my ideas to life with incredible attention to detail, and everyone loved them. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I was extremely satisfied with my order and will definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend!
They never add the whipped cream and cherry on top of their sundae like in the picture.
What’s up with this Carvel lately? Everything just seems half assed. Why are you trying to sell people half melted soft serve that’s literally falling off of the cone and saying certain flavors just come that way? It’s called the ice cream isn’t ready yet. Not to mention, the flying saucers have been only half filled on more than one occasion. It sucks to get home and realize that your $16 worth of ice cream sandwiches have barely any ice cream in them. Get it together.
