Great ice cream but it's so dirty. Both tables were covered in other peoples mess from their ice creams. The floor was also had sprinkles, garbage..just a mess. Takes 2 seconds to clean a table. Should always make sure at least One of your tables is clean.
First time visiting the Bristol, CT store and I loved it. Employee was friendly, lots of ice cream cakes to choose from as well as ice cream novelties like their flying saucers, which I brought home 2 containers, and the little ice cream turkeys from Thanksgiving. I will definitely go back soon and get either an ice cream cone or a sundae or maybe both lol. I love Carvel ice cream. Highly recommend.
The guy that works on Sundays knows what he’s doing. He puts together one hell of sundae. Amazing customer service.
