Terrible service and rude staff. I ordered an ice cream cake and asked for a simple message to be written on it. Not only did they write it messy and sloppy, but it looked nothing like what I asked for — I even showed them exactly what I wanted. When I politely asked if they could fix or rewrite it, they completely refused. No apology, no offer to help, not even a refund. Google says they close at 11 on Saturday. Raced over there and arrived shortly after 10:50 only to find the door already locked, and the woman in the lobby just standing there and walked away. Waste of my time and gas.
