Worst customer service ever from any establishment. Walked in and said hello to the young lady behind the counter and all I received was a blank stare, and no response. Then a question was asked related to the ice cream options and once again no response. Mint chocolate ice cream was in the front display and was no longer ice cream but its own milk shake, at this point I gave up walked out and drove less than 1 mile to ColdStone in Sunshine Plaza where the customer service was Amazing from start to end.
The products sold in this store is not a priority good so it means that people are feeling for this specially and if the staff is not enhancing the experience or even just to offer good customer service then this will affect the interest on a Sunday evening for these products. Get cheerful and customer oriented people to work here because anything else ruins the experience.
