I paid 899 for “” banana Foster’s “I paid for a 12 ounce cup for whatever ice cream that they gave me. It had these two chewy chocolate discs in it that took the entire cup, didn’t taste anything like banana fosters no bananas, no whipped cream whatever they gave me was not what I ordered and I paid good money for it. Terrible. Never again while I go there.
Would give zero stars if I could. Girl at the counter with the ear piece couldn’t hear what we wanted most of the case was empty she told us they were out of almost everything. Was going to order 2 cakes for a birthday party this week. Not happening Find better employees. She is hurting your business. Look at your cameras on Sunday night at 9:15pm
Nothing like carvel...
Horrible customer service! I have come here several times with my kids but this time was different. The ice cream looked all melted and the first flavors served tasted horrible we requested another flavor and the attendant rolled her eyes. Never coming back, stay away!!! Disgusting ice cream
Came in today Monday guy with a ponytail earpiece in his ear tattooed up has a personality of a wall. You should be working in the back, put dishes on a sink or something. He definitely doesn't have a personality to work with customers
