I had such a wonderful experience at this Carvel! The owner went above and beyond to make my day during a time when I really needed a little extra kindness. I had just had surgery, and his thoughtfulness truly meant so much to me. It’s rare to come across this level of care and generosity. You can tell he genuinely values his customers and takes pride in what he does. I will absolutely be back—thank you again for your kindness!
We had recently ordered an ice cream birthday cake for kids party and it was a great hit with the kids asking for seconds and theirs! Need to ensure we get a bigger size next time . Great staff and awesome service.
