Assuming the woman working was the owner and she was nasty and unprofessional. I asked for my topping on the side and she told me if I want her to put the topping on the side it would be an additional $6 because it has to be in an empty cup. Then she had to analyze my coupon and told me small only. I left. There’s a reason Fruity Yogurt next door is packed and the parking lot of Carvel had no cars. First let me start by saying how rude and disrespectful this women is, I walked in and said hello to her & she didn’t even reply, then I asked her if the pre made cakes were vanilla and chocolate flavor & she basically yelled & said “all the cakes are chocolate & vanilla”. Ordered three different things for delivery. One of them was made right. I ordered to add ins for mine at 1.25 a piece and didnt get either one. Called to tell them and the woman was very hard to understand and didn't seem to understand me very well and was nasty and argued with me after I heard her ask the other worker if they put the add ins in my ice cream and they said no. Ice cream is good but as long as that woman works there I wouldnt go back. This happened on June 13th somewhere between about 3:30 to 5pm

I ordered 2 large soft serve ice creams. I’ve been ordering the same thing weekly for years. Today both of my ice creams were half full. When I called to let them know, instead of resolving the situation the manager wanted to argue. Will never order here again!
