I ordered 2 large soft serve ice creams. I’ve been ordering the same thing weekly for years. Today both of my ice creams were half full. When I called to let them know, instead of resolving the situation the manager wanted to argue. Will never order here again!
They charge $1.00 fee to pay with a credit or debit card. There are no signs advising of this. They are short staffed and you have to wait for the one lady to finish making the online orders before she even acknowledges you or takes your order. The Wednesday sundae special, she said only applies to the small size and plain vanilla or twist flavor. Do not recommend.

Carvel brings back great memories of summertime growing up in NY. It was cool to find one in Jersey. I went there for the first time on a Sunday night and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. She even charged a dollar extra for using a credit card, while her husband sat in the back watching tv with a mask on.
