bad service
On 9/20/25 the young gentleman working in the afternoon, made the best Reese’s PB sundae dasher in my entire experience going to carvel, big thanks to him!
Not much options in the area. Place is old and it needs renovation. Kids don’t wear uniforms here, some are very somewhat unprofessional at times.
I can’t rave enough about this CARVEL in Syosset! Did you know that they could take a picture of anything and put it on a ice cream cake, I just had a custom-made cake with a special logo on it and it looks like I spent hundreds! Best kept secret, this carvel is Stella !!! and the owner is extremely talented and a true gentleman!!! Thank you !!!!!
