My wife and I often order from this carvel through door dash, and this time we specified chocolate ice cream and no whipped cream on a Reese’s dasher, however it came with vanilla and whipped cream. We were frustrated and called the store asking why this was wrong. The manager was on the phone with me and did not argue whatsoever, instead he actually came all the way to our apartment to hand deliver a replacement that was made correctly. Literally didn’t have my car and ordered a car avalanche with cookie dough to my house for $16. I understand I paid it. I get it. It’s a half a cup of cookie dough, pebbles barely any ice cream and just a congealed ball of gunk. I never make calls like this, but I actually called the shop and the girl that gets on the phone says to me I made your order. I said I’m trying to explain to you. I don’t have my car.
