Staff is always so nice! Always smiling and so helpful! Never had a problem there at all! I travel out of my way just to go to this specific Carvel due to the service and the ice cream is pretty good also
Went in here today (Wednesday) for their BOGO offer that is posted in multiple spots throughout the store. Ordered two small soft serve sundaes one with chocolate crunchies, one with chocolate sprinkles. They charged me for both and when I asked “isn’t it BOGO today?” They said only when you order large soft serve. The sign clearly says BOGO of equal or lesser value, nothing specific to size. Will not be going back to this location!
