Purchased a $40 , 1/4 sheet ice cream cake on 4/25/26 for my son’s birthday on that day . So pissed that it was completely freezer burnt . Tasted gritty the texture was horrible . Very disappointing !!
I am writing to report an issue with the service at your Carvel location. The store hours clearly state that the location is open until 10:00 PM. However, when I walked in at approximately 8:30 PM, the employee working there immediately told me the store was closed. At that time, the employee was cleaning, but the posted hours indicated that the store should still have been open for another hour and a half. The Hispanic bigger girl that works at night is completely rude . Zero customer service do better Bayonne and Carvel . Smh
The dashers are incredible and they always do an incredible job with portion size
