ANTS AT TABLES!!! Crawling on seats counters and walls
After mutiple incidents I’m done with carvel. I’m a frequent customer here and always order a carvlanche. Nothing new always the same. The first time about last summer a guy kept breaking my cup and never put it in a new one and it leaked. He also made fun of my appearance. About a week ago another guy made a peanut butter carlanche and yelled at me saying that’s what I ordered BUT I’m alergic to PEANUTS. Would never ever order it in a million years. I cannot thank you guys enough! After another store messed up and did not have my cake ready for my sons second birthday I reached out to carvel to see if they could rush and make a cake in time for his birthday the next day and they did! They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.
