Very disappointing experience. The employee was extremely pushy and pressured me to confirm my order even though I was not comfortable doing so. I felt like I was being forced into confirming the order instead of being given a choice. This kind of behavior is not acceptable toward customers. If I could give this place no stars, I would! I took my daughter to this location to get her usual triple chocolate brownie ice cream cone. Immediately upon getting in the car she stated it tasted weird, kind of like strawberry. I disregarded it for I was driving and then once I parked i tasted and it did in fact taste sour. So I headed back to carvel hoping maybe we could get a refund or replacement and I didn't expect a brand new one for she had eaten a little off the top already. Was willing to pay for it as well.
