I’m honestly disgusted by my experience at Carvel. The mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted rancid and spoiled, like it had been sitting there way too long. I immediately stopped eating it because the flavor was so bad. Ice cream should never taste sour or rotten. Quality control clearly needs serious attention because serving food like this is unacceptable. No refund or new ice cream
Very disappointed with this ice cream. The flavor tasted unusually sour and spoiled, like it had gone bad. The texture was fine, but the taste completely ruined it. Definitely not fresh, and I wouldn’t buy it again. No solution was made whatsoever.
