I came here on Wednesday and bought a medium sundae, and I went to pay and realized I was short of $1.70. I told this older lady behind the counter, and she gave me the dirtiest look. She put on the counter two sundaes, when I told her I was short of $1.70, she quickly walked over to the counter and took away one sundae and threw in the garbage. To do this to a 72 year old woman, you can see what kind of people work there. She ought to be ashamed of herself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! GONE AND NEVER COMING BACK!!!
Best ice cream in my life
We visited Carvel, America’s Freshest Ice Cream in Rockaway, and had a great experience. The ice cream was really delicious and fresh, exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, a simple but very enjoyable stop—we’ll definitely be coming back!
