My fam and I enjoy the treats and the crew at this location. Ice cream is always good and consistent. They are not as old fashioned as they were back 40 years ago etc. Our joints were back in NY on LI. Classic Floats, Flying Saucers, sundaes etc. Traditional iconic Ice cream favs and a spin on new flavors. I.e. Dubai, Nutella, Biscoff etc. Soft serve and traditional hard ice cream varieties are changing but they keep the classics. We return as often as we can budget for. Stopped by Carvel today and had a great experience thanks to Nixa! She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and patient while helping me choose my ice cream and toppings. She made the whole experience fun and made sure I ended up with something I loved. Great customer service and a positive attitude like hers definitely deserves recognition. Thanks again, Nixa—I’ll definitely be back!
First called at 9 o'clock to find out how late they were open, the young man told me 10:30 and was very nice about it. Got there and must have been helped by the same person on the phone. Very helpful and friendly. Ice cream is great of course, but the attitude of the employee made the visit nice. Thank you for making our night after a long day!
