The ice-cream cakes are smaller now since new owner ship. They are getting so small, they are putting the frosting on the cardboard to make it look the same size. Just another company and its shrink flation
Great experience. This place is like night and day to what it used to be. I don't know if the guy working there is the owner or manager but he has really turned this place around. The ice cream is delicious. The store is clean and looks fresh. Every freezer is stocked with a variety of classic, fun, and seasonal cakes. Took the kids here to get a scoop after a special event expecting to just want to take the ice cream home. The store was so welcoming that we stayed and the kids had a blast.
Soft coffee ice cream. Blew me away, It’s like a place to take the kids. And. It’s totally my pleasure. Cause I take myself too. 1 coffee soft serve please Mr. Shayne 😀 Great staff Clean. Atmosphere and most of all the ice cream. Always served perfect . Thanks again Shayne, the overall improvement of store has me gon g back weekly with family.. It’s hard now adays to find an establishment thar had employees that can actually to their Job. Carvels in Hopewell gets an all Around 10!!! yUM YUM!..🍦
Great product, not so much with customer service. I've gonne there at times and felt comfortable and in good hands. Like they wanted and appreciated my business. Other times ive felt disregarded or even disdain towards me. For example, I we.t in to pick a order up for door dash, and ordered something for myself while I waited. Simple shake with whip cream. They did a really good on the art, the cake was not worth the money, they raised the price of the ice-cream cake but was barely any chocolate ice-cream just tons of crunchies from board to vanilla ice cream, 50 dollars for gravel and barely and chocolate ice-cream is ridiculous
